Observe and Energy Star Integration

Send Observe data to Energy Star to generate an energy score. Energy Star is a program run by the EPA and U.S. Department of Energy to promote energy efficiency. This integration enriches benchmarking energy data across similar sites within the United States and offers recommendations for how to save on energy costs.

Map site type data to Energy Star

1. Go to Admin > Site Types.

2. Select the site type whose data you want to map to Energy Star.

3. Add your Energy Star site type.

4. Save your changes.

Map energy type data to Energy Star

1. Go to Verisae > Attribute Master List > Energy Star Configurations.

2. Select an existing mapping or click New.

3. Select the Utility Bill Type and the corresponding Energy Star Meter Type to map it to.

4. Click Save.

Once integrated, go to Observe > Energy Star to see all Observe data sent to Energy Star.
